Family history behind breeding 08-1310 Dom Opal OC. Given to me by Bill Schlieper in 2008. Bred him first to an OH from Richard Brooks, from that pairing I raised 09-1256 Dom Opal OH, she was 2nd BYH at the 2009 Cavalcade Show. I paired her to 09-768 BB OC I purchased from Les Heisserman. They raised these two YC’s in 2011.

Beak strength increased while maintaining body and station. Feathering still to be determined after the molt. These F2 crosses now need to be on hens with reach and a decent beak.
